Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our guests' needs.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.  To cancel a reservation, please contact Maria at: maria@dakisassociates.com.

Accessibility Information:

Please note that The Elk is a townhouse with two floors. To access the main living areas, including the kitchen and dining room, guests are required to ascend one flight of stairs. Additionally, to reach the bedrooms, another flight of stairs is required. We strive to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay; however, please consider these stairs when making your reservation, especially if mobility issues are a concern.
